A riverside walk

Its been a nice sunny day here a bit cold but just seeing the sunshine makes you feel better,   and its nice to wrap up warm and get out into the fresh air for a while. we didn't go far today just a short walk  with Charlie as he was due out with Grace from coastal canines later in the morning he loves going with her and gets to chase around with the other dogs she walks  she finds some great places to walk them sometimes the beach or the woods or just big open spaces, not having a car we are limited to the places we can get too.
Yesterday I took him for a long walk back to a village we lived in when we first moved to Cornwall, there was  a  lovely river walk there and we used to walk there every day back then, but been  about  15 years  so thought it would be nice to  pay it a visit,  sadly  part of the river bank has collapsed so its having some work done on it so couldn't get all the way along had to come off part way along but it was a nice walk if a bit muddy in places here's a couple of photos

 On a waste bit of ground someone had built this since I was last there,  the door doesn't lead anywhere just waste ground but a lovely idea

There were loads of Snowdrops in the lane as we walked back  they are so pretty

 

It was a nice walk only a couple of miles but it was worth the walk I was glad of a rest when I got home. read for a while then dozed off must be getting old lol.
